Arsenal Files 4 uses the EZRom program as a user interface.  This is a very
high quality program written by Mike Robinson, and it's primarily designed
to be a BBS door program.  If you are interested in registering this
door program for use on your BBS, please check out the \EZROM sub-directory
on this disc for the latest information on the subject.

To install this program, simply type USERINST from the DOS prompt and
follow the instructions.  It's that simple!
